HOW TO USE

1) On clean and dry nails, apply a coat of "OPI Start To Finish"

2) Apply two coats of "OPI Nail Lacquer"

3) Wait 60 seconds

4) Apply a coat of "OPI Start To Finish"

5) For fast drying , use "OPI DripDry" or "OPI RapiDry" or "OPI RapiDry spray"
